The claims in this article are misleading. While the author may have been able to claim a 4.5% yield on cost they could have only done this with stock purchased in 2024, not 2025. The lowest closing price of CME Group in 2025 was $265.25. To achieve 4.5% YOC the stock would need to have been purchased at $240.
This appears to be yet another pump-and-dump type of information format.
