The Buy-Hold-Sell List filters our very large Investable Universe.
We look for cheap Dividend Stocks based on three valuation methods:
The PEG Ratio
Current Yield vs Historical
Reverse Dividend Discount Model
Based on this, we give each company a Buy, Hold, or Sell recommendation.

Some Interesting Stats:
161 companies total receive a ‘buy’ rating
That’s up from 149 last month
And 155 the month before
57 moved from ‘hold’ to ‘buy’
63 have moved up from ‘sell’ to ‘hold’
6 made the jump from ‘sell’ directly to ‘buy’
Only 1 did so last month.
Recommendation Changes
45 companies went from Buy to Hold due to increasing stock prices.
Here’s a sample of a few:
Arbor Realty Trust (ABR): A specialized real estate lender that focuses on multifamily housing and commercial properties. They provide the bridge loans and financing needed to buy or develop apartment complexes, while also earning fees by servicing those loans for government agencies.
Hyundai Motor Company (KOSE-A005380): A global automotive leader that has evolved from a budget manufacturer into a pioneer of high-end design and electric vehicles. They control their entire supply chain—from the steel in the frame to the ships that deliver the cars—making them one of the most efficient carmakers in the world.
Omnicom Group (OMC): One of the world’s largest advertising powerhouses, owning a massive network of creative and media agencies. They handle everything from Super Bowl commercials and public relations to the complex data analytics used to target digital ads for the world’s biggest brands.
Canadian Pacific Kansas City (CPKC): This railroad that connects Canada, the U.S., and Mexico with a single continuous line. It serves as the primary shipping artery for North America, moving grain, cars, and shipping containers across a 20,000-mile network spanning two oceans and three countries.

This month’s list includes a payments giant, a 48-year Dividend Aristocrat, a double-digit dividend grower, and a capital-light wealth manager.
